Gutters in Omaha & Lincoln
Seamless gutters that move real storm water and disappear into your home's lines.
Gutters done the Paragon way
Gutters are the cheapest part of the roof system to get right and the most expensive to ignore. When they overflow, the water goes down the siding, into the soil next to the foundation, and eventually into the basement. When they sag or pull loose, the fascia behind them rots. None of that is dramatic on any one day. It just adds up.
We install seamless aluminum gutters formed on site to the exact length of each run, so there are no joints to leak in the middle of a wall. Downspouts and extensions go where the water actually needs to end up, which is away from the house, and not where it happens to be convenient. Colors match your trim so the gutters do their job without drawing attention to themselves.
Leaf protection is worth it on some houses and a waste of money on others. If you have big trees over the roof, guards save you a couple of cleanings a year. If you do not, we will tell you to skip them.
Signs it is time
When to call about gutters
Water pouring over the edge in a storm
Either the gutter is clogged, undersized for the roof, or pitched wrong. All three are fixable, and all three send water at your foundation.
Gutters pulling away from the house
Sagging usually means the fascia behind the hangers has gone soft. New screws will not hold in soft wood. The fix is the fascia.
Peeling paint or rot on the fascia
Water sitting behind the gutter for years. It needs to come off so the board can be replaced.
Puddles or erosion next to the foundation
Downspouts dumping right at the wall. Extensions or a rerouted downspout solves most of it.
Ice dams every winter
Gutters do not cause ice dams, but clogged ones make them worse. Ventilation and clean, correctly sized gutters both help.
Getting a new roof
The fascia is exposed and the crew is already there. It is the cheapest time you will ever replace gutters.
What we install
Gutters options we build with
Seamless aluminum gutters
Formed on site in one continuous run per side. Available in 5-inch for most homes and 6-inch for larger roofs and steep pitches.
Downspouts and extensions
Sized and placed for the roof they drain. Extensions and splash blocks that move water well away from the foundation.
Leaf protection
Guards that keep the big stuff out without becoming a shelf for the small stuff. Recommended only where your trees make it worth it.
Fascia and soffit repair
Rotted boards replaced before the new gutters go on, so the hangers have something solid to bite into.
